Acquisition of 'high effective extinguishing powder compatible with foaming fluids' (NUC/NSN: 4210-15-145-2453), in 25 kg containers for a total amount of EUR 300 000.00 (including VAT) of which 200 EUR 000.00 (including VAT) for the main supply and EUR 100 000.00 (including VAT) for the possible activation of the contractual option up to the limit of 50% of the supply. The product in supply, as well as the preparation and verification of conformity must comply with technical specifications 412/CT/110/PLHE edition April 1996. It should be noted that, in order to make it possible to invoke Article 346 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, it is not considered necessary to guarantee protection.
