Single lot - CIG A03FA2B8D3 – Tender amount € 10,677,393.11 net of VAT and options, of which:
- €297,493.88 for Executive Design expenses, of which €240,613.05 for fair compensation not subject to reduction and €56,880.83 for ancillary charges/general expenses subject to reduction;
- €731,473.75 for charges relating to the implementation of the security plans, which are not subject to reduction.
Open tender, entirely managed electronically, relating to the Executive Design and construction of the Ragusa Metrorailway, Lot 1 New Colajanni Stop and Adaptation of Ragusa Station (Lot 1A) and New Cisternazzi/Hospital Station (Lot 1B).
The validation of the project on the basis of the tender took place with note prot. RFI-VDO.DIN.DISC.SO\A0011\P\2023\0000292 of 14/12/2023.
The contract consists of a single lot as the possible distribution does not guarantee homogeneity and effectiveness of the work, concentrated in a single urban environment in the territory of Ragusa. In addition, the assignment to a single economic operator responds to the need to ensure adequate functional autonomy.
Labour costs were estimated at € 2,332,931.25 (two million three hundred and thirty-two thousand nine hundred and thirty-one/25 euros).

In this tender procedure we will proceed pursuant to art. 107 co. 3 of Legislative Decree. 36/2023.
The amounts of the work involved in the intervention, including security charges, and excluding tax charges are as follows:

Explosive ordnance clearance € 571,115.25 category B. TER classification IV. The services may be subcontracted only to companies in possession of the requirements established by Ministerial Decree no. 82 of 11 May 2015 ascertained by the competent Office of the Ministry of Defence.
The total amount relating to the transport, disposal or recovery of waste is € 1,334,174.23; if the contractor does not meet the requirements set out in the relevant legislation in force, the services must be subcontracted to qualified companies in accordance with paragraph XV.1 of the Tender Regulations and in the Contract Template attached thereto.
