The purpose of the acquisition is the organization of an early childhood education service under the Children's Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018) in premises owned or rented by the service producer. The service provider chosen also organises not only early childhood education but also related meal and cleaning services.
The request for tender applies to the organization of the service as a kindergarten in the Eskola village of Kannus from 1 August 2022 to 31 July 2024.

The service provider chosen also organises not only early childhood education but also related meal and cleaning services.
The request for tender applies to the organization of the service as a kindergarten in Eskola. The service shall be provided as follows:

Kindergarten operates in Eskola. The maximum group of nursing and educational staff meeting the qualification requirements of the regulations shall consist of at least three (3) employees. There are no more than twenty-one (21) full-time care places in total computationally. In accordance with a separate purchase agreement, the subscriber buys the necessary number of treatment places. The number of treatment places to be purchases may vary from month to month.
The actual contract period is from 1 August 2022 to 31 July 2024.
The early education service is organized in facilities for early childhood education and suitable for service production.
The service provider organizes a motionhouse for kindergarten (furnish the item). Furnishings include tables, chairs, recliners, beds, cabinets, shelves, shelves and other furnishings, equipment and care and maintenance required by children and staff. The requirements for the movatory are described in more detail in Annex 1 to the call for tender.
The service provider shall bear the supply and consumer goods costs necessary for the operation.
Alternative offers are not allowed.
The offer must separately include a monthly price for the full-time care of the tender kindergarten under 3 years of age and for a child over 3 years old. Prices shall include all requirements set out in the invitation to tender and its annexes. No further payments will be accepted. The selection criterion for the offer is the cheapest price for tenders that meet the minimum suitability and qualitative requirements.
Tenderers are invited to note that, under case-law, the exchange of the service provider in the purchasing services unit may be construed as a supply of circulation. Service producers shall negotiate employment obligations arising from the supply of circulation with each other.
