MuseumsIT intends to enter into a framework agreement for future procurements of a telephony system, including subscriptions, telephony and mobile data traffic. The aim of the procurement is to:

— Ensure the establishment of cost-efficient and future orientated use of telephony systems;

— Enable an integrated IT and mobile system that allows for efficient communication and interaction in the organisation;

— Make use of the best mobile coverage in the market;

— Ensure the market's best terms for the museums;

— Ensure an option for simple and uniform administration and subscription overview as well as options for fleet management;

— Ensure an option to analysis service use and costs.
