The present contract consists of the conclusion of a framework agreement and, following it, subsequent contracts for the supply of defoamer for the digesters of the Brussels South wastewater treatment plant, as and when HYDRIA needs them. The defoamer must make it possible to eliminate and/or avoid the formation of foaming on the structures.

The objective of the framework agreement is to designate three tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of award criteria specific to the framework agreement (see Title I. Part I. 'Award criteria applied to the framework agreement').

For each subsequent contract, these three economic operators will be put back in competition on the basis of award criteria specific to subsequent contracts (see 'Award criteria applied to subsequent contracts').
