The purpose of this tender is to acquire:

— a new and fully integrated traffic signal system covering all signal controlled junctions through which the Letbane på Ring 3 line passes;

— the operation and maintenance parts and services for the technical system;

— an option for extension of the operation and maintenance parts and services for eight (8) years.

The road traffic signal system contract covers the installation of road traffic signals on the Letbane på Ring 3. The work will include supply and installation of:

— road traffic signalling controllers,

— signal heads,

— LRV confirmation indicators,

— road traffic detection,

— fixed LRV detection with a key switch box,

— cabling of road traffic signalling, including power,

— testing and commissioning of road traffic signalling.

The contract includes an operation and maintenance obligation with an option for the employer to extend this obligation another eight (8) years.
