The subject of the contract is the provision of storage service for motor gasoline 95 agency to fulfill the instructions of Art. 3 clause 2 point 2 of the Act of 16.2.2007 on stocks of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas, and rules of conduct in situations of a threat to the country's fuel security and disturbances on the oil market (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1323) in quantity 24,000 sq m 3 .

The Employer allows storage of 95 motor gasoline in tank capacities or in adapted mining excavations (salt caverns).
