Assistance to the project owner for the development of the local inter-municipal urban plan

The purpose of the contract is to assist the project owner in the development of the local inter-municipal urban plan. This is a framework agreement for single-contractor services concluded according to an open tendering procedure (Articles L.2124-2 and R.2124-2 of the CCP). The reference CCAG is the CCAG/Pi. The contract is processed at fixed prices (for the 3 execution phases) and is executed by purchase orders for unit services (for meetings or additional deliverables requested by the buyer). The contract takes effect from the date of its notification, until the acceptance of all the services without reservation, within the limit of 4 years (see Section II.2.7)It is concluded with no minimum amount and with a maximum of less than 1,500,000 euro(s) excluding tax over its total duration. For information purposes only, and not for contractual purposes, the contract is estimated at 1,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, all services combined, over its total duration (see Section II.1.5)
