The purpose of the contract is to provide the following services:

- Advice, in accordance with the rules of the EMFAF regulations, to the recipients of aid in relation to the investments covered by this fund.

- Advice, in accordance with the rules of the EMFAF regulations, to the recipients of the aid, on access to and implementation of actions financed by the EMFAF.

- Business advice on business competitiveness.

- Identification and proposal of improvements to the Regional Ministry of the Sea on the design and management, monitoring, evaluation and control of the aid managed by this department and co-financed with FEMPA.

The Ministry of the Sea intends that, for this new operational programme for the EMFAF 2021-2027, some of the obstacles that prevented an efficient financial execution of the EMFF will not be reproduced. And, for this, among other measures, the Ministry considers it convenient to hire an external service to advise companies and other beneficiary powers of the aid destined to the fisheries, aquaculture, transformation and marketing of fisheries and aquaculture products convened by this ministry and financed by the EMFAF.
