Region Gotland is carrying out the procurement of a communication platform for the discharge process (the Service).

The procurement includes a fundamentally developed service that is operated as a cloud service, as well as necessary services that will ensure a successful implementation and ongoing system administration. The procurement shall result in an agreement that enables cost-effective further development of the Service in line with the needs of the business.

The goal of the Service is compliance with Act (2017:612), the Act on Collaboration in Discharge from Inpatient Healthcare. The law regulates collaboration, planning and payment responsibility in the discharge process.
