1. The subject of the contract includes cleaning inside the facilities of the Silesian University of Technology in Katowice at 8, 11 and 13 Krasińskiego Street. 2. CPV code: 90910000-9 Cleaning services. 3. Term of performance of the contract: for 12 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement or until the price of the agreement referred to in § 2 section 1 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement is exhausted, whichever comes first, subject to § 2 section 10 points 1) and 2) and § 6 section 3 point 2) letter e) of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
1. The object of the order is a service consisting of keeping clean at the facilities of the Silesian University of Technology in Katowice.
The subject of the contract will be carried out from Monday to Friday and on selected weekends (extramural studies), in accordance with the schedule of hours determined before the end of the month preceding the following month (the number of man-hours per month will be on average 3019). During the 12 months of the service, the number of man-hours is estimated at 36,228.
2. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Act, taking into account the nature of the service, including mainly its cyclical nature (daily performance of the same activities, at fixed hours), the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ persons performing activities falling within the so-called direct costs, on the basis of an employment contract - a full description of the requirements is included in the SWZ.
3. Information on the means of electronic communication by which the Contracting Authority will communicate with the Contractors and information on technical and organizational requirements for preparing, sending and receiving electronic correspondence.
(a) Communication in the procurement procedure, including the submission of tenders, the exchange of information and the transfer of documents or statements between the Contractor and the Contractor, shall be carried out by means of electronic communication, through the Tender Platform of Silesian University of Technology: https://polsl.logintrade.net/rejestracja/ and email: IA1@polsl.pl. The Contractor's use of the Tender Platform is free of charge.
b) An encrypted HTTPS protocol is used to connect. Data encryption is carried out using SSL. The SSL certificate ensures the confidentiality of data transmitted over the Internet. The Contractor with an account on the Tender Platform has access to the possibility of submitting and withdrawing the offer, as well as functionality to ask questions to SWZ content and communicate with the Ordering Party in other areas.
(c) The technical and organizational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents, electronic copies of documents and statements and information provided using them are described in the “Instructions” tab of the Tender Platform.
d) The maximum size of files transmitted via the Tender Platform is 150 MB.
e) Time is saved in YYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format. The time of transfer of data to the Tender Platform is the time during which the submission of an offer, notice, document or statement by the Contractor will be confirmed.
(f) The Contractor may also provide the above notice, document or statement (not applicable to the offer) to the e-mail address of the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall, by providing the above notice, document or statement, request confirmation of the delivery of the message. The date of transmission of the notification, document or declaration shall be the date of receipt of the confirmation of delivery of the message containing the above file/ attachments from the Ordering Party's mail server. The maximum size of files transmitted via the Ordering Party's email is 10 MB.
