The subject of the contract is the execution of a full-range, full-industry and complete design and cost estimation documentation for the construction of the sidewalk as part of the extension of Jeździecka Street in Bielsko-Biała.

(hereinafter referred to as the "Documentation"), in so far as it includes, in particular:

the implementation of the construction project,

execution of an executive design,

preparation of a water law report,

preparation of geodetic documentation regarding the resumption of border points and land divisions,

preparation of materials for issuing a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment,

preparation of pre-measurement and cost estimation documentation,

and performing author's supervision over the robots covered by the Documentation.
