The purpose of this contract is the Voice, Data and Mobile Communications Service for the City Council of Huelva, in the form and conditions established in the technical specifications drawn up by the Head of the New Technologies Service, Mr. Miguel Ángel Garbín Fuentes.

The object of the contract is the telecommunications service of Telephony in the workplace, Internet and Mobile Telephony service of the Most Excellent City Council of Huelva that includes:

− Telephone Service at the Workplace. With flat rates for local and provincial calls to mobiles and landlines, and a minute pool scheme for international calls and special numbers. Based on a PBX in the cloud, with advanced functionalities.

− Mobile Phone Service. With flat rates for local and provincial calls to mobiles and landlines, mobile data exchange and a minute exchange scheme for international calls and special numbers.

− Mobile messaging service, SMS.

− Main and backup service of Internet connection.

− Connection service of the headquarters in a virtual private network.

− FTTH navigation connections at different City Council headquarters.

− It will also include the maintenance of the infrastructures necessary for the proper provision of all the services listed during the period of validity of the contract. All services must have the maximum functionalities allowed by current technology.
