The subject of the contract is the summer cleaning of municipal roads, sidewalks and parking bays in the Białołęka District m.st Warsaw.
The detailed scope of the service and the conditions for its implementation are specified in the contract template with attachments (Annex 5 to the SWZ) and a description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 10 to the specification.
The subject of the contract is the summer cleaning of municipal roads, pavements and parking bays in the Białołęka District m.st Warsaw, which includes:
a) road clearing, which will be carried out according to the multiplicity specified in the price form. The Contractor will be obliged to clean up to 184 km on both sides of the roads together with the pavement band (fuse), including weeding and removal of pollutants, including the elimination of pollution caused after road accidents (including oil, oil, broken glass, body parts, etc.), waste disposal and their disposal, at the request of the Ordering Party.
b) removal of large floods of water from the streets without rainwater drainage by pumping out water and exporting it by means of a slurry tanker at the request of the Ordering Party.
c) cleaning of sidewalks and parking bays, The subject of the contract includes manual or mechanical cleaning of the entire surface of the pavement, passages and parking bays from land inputs along with cutting out grass and weed overgrowths, cutting lawn edges, waste disposal and their disposal. The contractor is obliged to clean up to 251,312 m² of pavement and up to 11,396 m² of parking bays.

Repetition orders:
The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar cleaning services provided for in the contract notice for the basic contract (pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL) within 3 years from the award of the basic contract to the Contractor with a value not exceeding 50% of the value of the basic contract in the case of financial resources, including summer cleaning of municipal roads, sidewalks and parking bays in the District Białołęka m.st Warsaw. The contract will be awarded under the conditions specified in the basic contract.
