The subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in collecting any amount of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the Commune of Przecław and their development in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) the collection and development of municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside;
2) the collection and development of municipal waste from properties on which cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located;
3. ensuring the selective collection of municipal waste including fractions:
(a) paper,
b) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste,
(c) glass,
(d) biowaste,
4) collection of biowaste constituting municipal waste from property only:
(a) multi-scale,
b) on which there are cottages or other real estate used for the purposes of rekr.-wyp.- hereinafter Chapter 4 of the SWZ
1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in the collection of any amount of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the Commune of Przecław and their development in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
2. The scope of the order shall include:
1) the collection and development of municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside;
2) the collection and development of municipal waste from properties on which cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located;
3. ensuring the selective collection of municipal waste including fractions:
(a) paper,
b) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste,
(c) glass,
(d) biowaste,
4) collection of biowaste constituting municipal waste from property only:
(a) multi-scale,
(b) on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes,
(c) single family in which it has not been declared the possession of a home compost and the composting of biowaste constituting municipal waste - the list of the above property will be transmitted to the Contractor as soon as the contract has been signed, while the data updating the list will be sent to the Contractor as soon as possible. on an electronic basis, to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor,
5) organization of at least one stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Commune of Przecław or at a distance of up to 30 km from its borders:
a) enabling easy access for all residents of the Commune of Przecław,
b) marked with a plaque: "Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point of the Commune of Przecław" with days, hours and rules of operation for residents of the Commune of Przecław and information on accepted waste, additional services and waste collection limits referred to in points c-
c) ensuring the reception and management of separately collected municipal waste delivered to PSZOK, such as: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste ineligible as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres, textile and clothing waste, as well as construction and demolition waste from households,
d) organizing and running PSZOK from 16.01.2023 at the latest,
e) equipping PSZOK with places, containers and containers for selective collection of municipal waste,
f) PSZOK will be open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 14:00, except for public holidays,
g) acceptance of the indicated waste at PSZOK will take place without charging an additional fee within the set limit, upon presentation of the "individual Card of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point" - called the PSZOK Card and any identity document (e.g. driving license, ID card); Each PSZOK Card bears an individual number corresponding to the tax card of the owner of a given inhabited property. In the event of loss of the PSZOK card, a duplicate with a new number will be issued, and the previous PSZOK Card will be invalidated, about which the Ordering Party will always inform the Contractor,
