The Contracting Authority wants to procure a route plan system that must include a route database. The route schedule system must generate and administer all route schedule data for all of the Contracting Authority's means of transport The system should be flexible in order to administer the route schedule data, not only for scheduled traditional bus services, but also for booked bus routes in accordance with requirement/orders.

The estimated value of the contract is 7 000 000 NOK, including a service agreement for 10 years. The estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

The contract period for the system delivery with a service and maintenance contract thereof is 4 years. Option for 2 years extension for 3 periods. The maximum contract period is 10 years.
