Implementation of the task Design and execution of construction works within LCS Rzeszów as part of the project "Construction of the Suburban Agglomeration Railway" will be carried out in the "design and construction" system on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions of the FIDIC contract - "Terms of the contract for equipment and construction with design for electrical and mechanical equipment as well as construction and engineering works designed by the Contractor" COSMOPOLIS, English - Polish edition 2000, translation of the first edition of FIDIC 1999, and the Special Terms and Conditions of the Contract specified in the Agreement.

Implementation of the task Design and execution of construction works within LCS Rzeszów as part of the project "Construction of the Suburban Agglomeration Railway" will be carried out in the "design and construction" system on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions of the FIDIC contract - "Terms of the contract for equipment and construction with design for electrical and mechanical equipment as well as construction and engineering works designed by the Contractor" COSMOPOLIS, English - Polish edition 2000, translation of the first edition of FIDIC 1999, and the Special Terms and Conditions of the Contract specified in the Agreement.

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works consisting in connecting the srk devices built at the Rzeszów Staroniwa station (produced by Kombud S.A.) with the area of the Rzeszów Główny station (produced by Thales) and LSC Rzeszów covering the Stations of Dębica, Ropczyce, Sędziszów Małopolski, Trzciana (produced by Thales).

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) the design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtain for it all the required opinions, arrangements, admissions, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the execution of the subject matter of the contract;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority referred to in point 1, and all preparatory works necessary for the performance of the scope of the Agreement and all activities required by Law;

3) carrying out conformity assessment of the control-command and signalling structural subsystem – trackside equipment covered by the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem)

The order covers the design and execution of the scope in the railway traffic control industry.

The Contracting Authority points out that the whole object of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the SWZ, the provisions of the common law, the regulations of the contracting authority, the standards, the principles of technical knowledge and the construction art.
