Northampton Partnership Homes is inviting tenders to undertake the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services to all of the sites and estates it manages on behalf of Northampton Borough Council (NBC).

The term Grounds Maintenance covers the provision of the following services:

— Cutting and maintenance of grassed areas;

— Weed control (hard and soft landscaped areas);

— Shrub, hedge and bush maintenance;

— Management of trees, including day to day management and major tree works;

— Any other related services agreed by The Client and The Service Provider.

The contract is for a period of 5 years with two options to extend of 2 years each at the sole discretion of the Client.
