                        Framework agreement project-based works at various locations in the Netherlands
The Central Government Real Estate Agency needs to conclude a framework agreement under which project-based work with an estimated contract value between € 150,000 and € 2,000,000 excluding VAT can be commissioned.
This tender relates to real estate of the Ministry of Defence and other real estate of the State.
The framework agreement is divided into twenty-one lots. The Central Government Real Estate Agency will conclude a framework agreement with one party per plot.
The scope of the framework agreement consists mainly of work in which the structural or installation technical condition of an existing building is maintained or improved or the functionality of the building can be adapted to support business operations and user maintenance.
