The Martinique Mixed Electricity Union (SMEM), in its capacity as the licensing authority for the distribution of electricity, will carry out a control audit over the period 2021 to 2024 aimed at carrying out a detailed analysis of the operation of the concession on specific positions.

In accordance with the provisions conferred by the general code of local authorities, the Mixed Electricity Union of Martinique (SMEM), in its capacity as the licensing authority for the distribution of electricity, will carry out a control audit over the period. 2021 to 2024.

This market consultation is a contract for intellectual services aimed at carrying out a detailed analysis of the operation of the concession on the following items:

- the heritage of the SMEM;

- the licensed networks (HTA - LV);

- maintenance;

- continuity of supply;

- voltage quality;

- renewal of works;

- invoicing;

- relations with users;

- control of the energy demand applied to the network;

- the specific missions, in particular the control of the TCFE (Tax on final consumption of electricity) and the lines of development of the network with a view to setting up a master plan for the electricity networks.
