The FCA is seeking a supplier to efficiently manage the FCA's cash resources within a risk/return profile defined in terms of:

— minimum liquidity levels (and for funds invested, a desired maturity profile for when funds need to be returned),

— the type of approved investment instruments, the quality of counter-parties and concentration limits with those counter-parties,

— an approved benchmark against which actual returns on investment can be measured.
