3.2 The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of a road investment. The preparation of documentation has been divided into 5 parts. A detailed description of each part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Technical Specification constituting respectively for a given part Annex C1,C2,C3,C4,C5 to the SWZ and the contract template Annex B1,2,5; B3.4 to SWZ
