Description:

The purpose of this consultation is to manage the maintenance and maintenance of rat and mouse lines, the laundry services in INMED's pet shops and the health diagnostic services on our animals.



Formalized procedure, open invitation to tender, in accordance with Articles 25-I-1 o and 66 to 68 of Decree o 2016-360 on public procurement.

In application of article 12 of the decree 2016-360 relating to the public markets, the service is indivisible:

- the services, subject of this contract, can not be entrusted to 2 different companies,

- as part of this contract, the service provider must manage the biosafety, ethics and 3Rs processes. Since health controls are an integral part of biosecurity, they must be under the management and sole responsibility of the provider.

- variants initiated by Inserm (mandatory answer),

- variants n o 1: replacement of the service provider's agents in case of unforeseen absence within a replacement period to be mentioned,

- variant n o 2: replacement of the provider's agents for planned absences (holidays, training, etc.),

- variant n o 3: completion of the weekend and holiday penalty payments,

- variant n o 4: privileged access to face-to-face training or E-learning services for INMED staff,

- variant n o 5: support, expertise and advice for our activities:

- advice on operating procedures of pet shops,

- advice on the regulations in force,

- advice on welfare,

- aids to the analysis and interpretation of health results,

- aid for the definition of biosecurity rules and procedures,

- variants on the initiative of the candidate.

INMED has 2 different animal status facilities that house rats and mice. An A1 pet store of conventional health status and an A2 pet shop of SPF status.

The incumbent's services may, depending on the evolution of the infrastructure, be adapted to the needs of INMED

INMED's pet stores manage rodent stabling operations (rat and mouse). The zootechnical staff is currently composed of 3 civil servants. A research engineer responsible for pet stores manages the proper functioning.

The market concerns the activity of two multi-species "rat and mouse" facilities, with different confinement and sanitary status.

The provider may be required to work in the 2 INMED pet shops. His main assignment will be the laundromat of the A1 conventional pet shop but he will be able to carry out occasional interventions in laundromat of the A2 pet shop and in the A1 and A2 petanal areas of the order of 4 to 5 days per month. according to needs.

- the service provider will be responsible for part of the cage management of the A1 pet store and the A2 pet shop. The total volume of cages paid by the provider is estimated at 900 cages per week.
