North Wales Housing Association is an award winning social housing provider. It is a not for profit organisation and is responsible for approximately 2 500 properties.

North Wales Housing intends to procure a void property service. The scope of the service will require the Service Provider to work responsively to undertake cleaning to internal and external areas, clearance to internal and external areas and redecoration.

The Service Provider will be required to provide a service to be carried out in void properties within East Wales, specifically the counties of Conwy, Denbighshire and Wrexham. The scope of the service will require the Service Provider to work responsively to undertake the following services:

— clearance to internal and external areas,

— cleaning to internal and external areas,

— redecoration to internal areas.

The Service Provider will be required to provide a service to be carried out in void properties within West Wales, specifically the counties of Gwynedd and Ynys Mon (Anglesey). The scope of the service will require the Service Provider to work responsively to undertake the following services:

— clearance to internal and external areas,

— cleaning to internal and external areas,

— redecoration to internal areas.

The Service Provider will be required to commence work the day following the receipt of instruction from the Company and handover the completed property(s) back to the Company within five days.
