The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from the owners of 3.555 properties residing from the territory of the Municipality of Dobrcz with the frequency specified in the Resolution (6) on the Rules of Procedure and Order in the Community of Dobrcz and the Resolution (7) in on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for the management of municipal waste, as well as collection and transport, and landscaping of waste collected at the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (hereinafter PSZOK) located in the village Magdalenka

The subject of the order includes:

1) the collection and transport and development of waste in the Municipal Installations from property owners residing from the territory of the Municipal Community of Dobrcz, on which municipal waste is created with the frequency specified in the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Dobrcz,

2) supply property owners with waste collection containers for the duration of the contract,

3) supply of property owners with bags intended for selective collection of waste for the duration of the contract,

4) the supply of containers for collection of used batteries and batteries collected at the points (one container per point) and the collection and management of these waste,

5) the supply of containers for expired medicines of pharmacies and pharmacy points (one container each for pharmacy and pharmacy point) and the collection and management of these waste,

6) collection and transport and management of waste collected in the PSZOK,
