1. The subject of this contract is: Delivery of medical equipment to specialist clinics VI for the Health Care Team, Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława.

2. The scope of the contract shall cover 1 lot, including:

Task No. 3 - Walker for gait reeducation

3. Quantities, characteristics and technical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract are specified in the description of the subject of the contract – Annex 2-3 (respectively for individual tasks) and Annexes No. 1, 5 to the contract specification (SWZ).
