Redesign of the streets, paths and squares at the Tribseer Damm junction Carl-Heydemann-Ring. The measure is carried out together with the REWA mbH pension provider. The provisional net construction costs have been calculated at approximately EUR 1,400,000 net.

Appointment chain:

Development of implementation planning (LPH 5) by October 15, 2020 at the latest; Preparation of award (LPH 6) by October 30, 2020; Start of construction February / March 2021 (construction time approx. 1 year). The deadlines must be met.

- ecological construction supervision (calculation guideline value: 40 hours);

- the preparation for the funding calculation (calculation guideline: 10 hours);

- coordinated management plan (calculation guideline: 40 hours);

- Traffic regulation measures within the traffic and implementation phase 2 to 3 times (calculation guideline: 40 hours).
