I. The subject of the contract includes:
- liability insurance,
- property insurance against fire and other random events,
- property insurance against theft and burglary and ordinary theft,
- glass breakage insurance,
- insurance of electronic equipment against all risks.
II. The order was divided into two parts:
- part 1 - property and civil liability insurance for the city of Gliwice - the Municipal Office in Gliwice, municipal organizational units and housing estate councils - entities subject to insurance are indicated in Annex 10 to the ToR - list of insured persons,
- part 2 - property and civil liability insurance of the Municipal Public Library in Gliwice - the list of branches is included in Annex 10 to the ToR.
III. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Annex No. 7 to the Terms of Reference - Insurance program (OPZ).

The contractor must have general (specific) insurance conditions, hereinafter referred to as GTC, for all insurance specified in the subject of the contract.
