Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of ergonomic office chairs

In order to be able to respond to the continuous and, if necessary, urgent needs, the Procurer wishes to conclude a multilateral framework agreement in accordance with Article 43 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016.

By means of the current assignment, the Procurer wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement for ergonomic & durable office chairs.

The file is divided into two lots:

P7692-Lot 1: Standard ergonomic office chair in artificial leather with armrests for employees who have a fixed workplace (>4h/day VDU work)

P7693-Lot 2: Standard ergonomic office chair in artificial leather with armrests for employees with a shared workplace, in other words a flexible workplace environment (<4h/day VDU)

This framework agreement must allow for the award of contracts within the short term for certain needs and products at the most favorable conditions and this according to the most recent developments.
