The subject of the planning is the new construction of the two-tier primary school Blasheim including canteen, teaching pool and gymnasium.

The building plot is located in the district Blasheim in Schulstraße 19 in 32312 Lübbecke. The demolition of the existing buildings is included in the order. It is a new building in ongoing operation.

The subject of the planning is therefore also a continuous operation of the primary school during the construction phase.

The subject of this procedure is the planning of outdoor facilities. The remaining lots (object planning of buildings and interiors; Specialist design structural design; Technical equipment planning (plant groups 1 to 3); Specialist planning Technical equipment (plant groups 4 to 8)) are the subject of a separate award procedure.

The handover of the property is scheduled for August 2027.

The object of the assignment in this procedure is the award of the complete basic services of the service profile open system planning according to §§ 38 ff. HOAI for the service phases 1 to 9.
