This is a Call-Up Framework Agreement with three licensees, subject to a sufficient number of offers. The framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of one year from 1.11.2021 or on its notification if it is subsequently notified. It may be extended tacitly for each successive period of one year for a maximum period of three years. The forecast date for notification of the framework agreement is 14.10.2021.
