Framework agreement for the collection, transport, delivery and disposal of waste indicated with CER codes 19.07.03, 16.10.02, 20.03.04, 16.03.04 and 19.08.14
The object of the contract is to conclude, for each of the lots of which it is composed, a framework agreement with a single economic operator pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for the sole execution of the collection, transport, transfer and disposal service of the waste fractions produced at the execution locations better identified in the technical documentation and managed by the Environment System of the Province of Naples SpA The waste in question must be disposed of at plants suitably authorized for this purpose and located within the national territory.
