The purpose of this tender is:
- the conclusion of a (framework) agreement with one (1) contractor for a period of four (4) years, with an option to extend for a maximum period of two (2) times one (1) year. The choice of whether or not to extend the (framework) agreement rests exclusively with O2G2 as the Client.
The intended date of commencement of the (framework) agreement is 1 May 2023 and ends by operation of law on 1 April 2027 unless the client opts for optional extension(s).
The intended date of effective effect, if the Client deems it necessary, can be adjusted to a later date, with the end date being adjusted accordingly.

The net contract value for the supply of teaching materials PO over the past four years has averaged approximately € 950,000.00 excl. VAT per year.
It is currently not clear what the investment will be in 2022 and what kind of investments will be made in food in the coming years. It is expected that this will be in line with previous years.
