The contract has as its object the assignment of insurance services for a period of six years, until 24:00 on 30 September 2029, extendable for a further six months, according to the technical specifications indicated in the performance specifications and in the tender documentation in implementation of resolution no. 46 of the Board of Directors of 21/02/2023, prot. No. 58968.
Pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments, the contract is divided into the following lots:
LOT 1: Third party liability insurance policy and contractors;
LOT 2: Accident insurance policy;
LOT 3: "All Risks" Insurance Policy for Movable and Real Estate Assets;
LOT 4: Civil liability insurance policy Car with Serial Book and ancillary guarantees;
LOT 5: Personal insurance policy on mission.
Total amount of € 1,168,306.85 is inclusive of amount. Amount including extension € 1.265.306,85
Open procedure for the award of third party liability insurance policy and contractors, from 24.00 on 27 September 2023 until 24.00 on 30 September 2029The object of the contract is the Third Party Liability Insurance Policy and contractors.
Single service for lot 1, pursuant to art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments, is the Civil Liability Insurance Policy towards third parties and contractors.
Participation in the form of co-insurance is allowed pursuant to art. 1911 of the Civil Code. The willingness to participate using co-insurance contracts must be indicated from the moment of submission of the offer; It will not be possible to change the composition during the execution of the contract, except for the exceptions allowed by current regulations.
Value: € 300,410.96 including taxes equal to 22.25% and the accrual of n. 3 days, for an amount also including the extension period, of € 325,410.96 including taxes.
Open procedure for the assignment of the Accident Policy, for the period from 24.00 on 27 September 2023 until 24.00 on 30 September 2029The subject of the contract is the Accident Insurance Policy.
Single performance for lot 2, pursuant to art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments, is the Accident Insurance Policy.
Participation in the form of co-insurance is allowed pursuant to art. 1911 of the Civil Code. The willingness to participate using co-insurance contracts must be indicated from the moment of submission of the offer; It will not be possible to change the composition during the execution of the contract, except for the exceptions allowed by current regulations.

Open procedure for the assignment of the "All Risks" Insurance Policy for Movable and Real Estate Assets, for the period from 24.00 on 16 September 2023 until 24.00 on 30 September 2026The object of the contract is the "All Risks" Insurance Policy for Movable and Real Estate Assets.
Single performance for lot 3, pursuant to art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments, is the "All Risks" Insurance Policy for Movable and Real Estate Assets.
Participation in the form of co-insurance is allowed pursuant to art. 1911 of the Civil Code. The willingness to participate using co-insurance contracts must be indicated from the moment of submission of the offer; It will not be possible to change the composition during the execution of the contract, except for the exceptions allowed by current regulations.

Single performance for lot 4, pursuant to art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments, is the Auto Civil Liability Insurance Policy with Serial Number and ancillary guarantees.
Participation in the form of co-insurance is allowed pursuant to art. 1911 of the Civil Code. The willingness to participate using co-insurance contracts must be indicated from the moment of submission of the offer; It will not be possible to change the composition during the execution of the contract, except for the exceptions allowed by current regulations.
Value: € 60,082.19 including taxes equal to 24% and the accrual of n. 3 days, for a total amount, including the extension period, of € 65,082.19 including taxes
Open procedure for the assignment of the personal insurance policy on mission, for the period from 24.00 on 31/03/2018 to 24.00 on 31/03/2023The object of the contract is the Personal Comprehensive Insurance Policy on mission.
Single performance for lot 5, pursuant to art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments, is the personal insurance policy on mission.
