The subject of the order is: delivery and implementation of an integrated ERP class IT system (ZSI-ERP) including:

- creation, delivery and implementation of the ZSI-ERP system,

- configuration of the server that supports the ZSI-ERP system and configuration of all workstations with printers,

- transferring data from the Employer's systems to the ZSI-ERP System,

- training the Employer's staff in operating the ZSI-ERP System or its individual components;

- providing support after the implementation is completed for 12 months from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Report.

The offered ZSI-ERP must be a fully integrated system, covering the following functional areas:

- HR and payroll, including the circulation of HR and payroll documents,

- finance and accounting, including the circulation of financial and accounting documents,

- controlling and budgeting, management of internal and external projects (grants),

- warehouse management,

- fixed assets,

- shopping,

- law office, electronic document flow,

- management secretariat,

- register - contract database,

- doctoral studies,

- scientific council.
