The provisions of this document concern Portage of Meal at Home (PRD) services in the territory of the Community of Agglomeration of Libournais (La Cali).

The service provider will be responsible for the manufacture and delivery of meals, in cold connection, to persons in loss of autonomy, admitted by CIAS to benefit from the service.

The PRD service offers lunch, every day of the year, including weekends and holidays.

The services are divided into two lots, awarded in separate contracts.

Lot 1 consists of the following two sectors:

— Guîtres sector (Bayas, Bonzac, Guîtres, Lagorce, Maransin, Sablons, Savignac-sur-l'Isle, Saint-Ciers d'Abzac, Saint-Denis-de-Pile, Saint-Martin-du-Bois, Saint-Martin-en-Laye, Tizac de Lapouyade),

— Coutras sector (Abzac, Camps-sur-l'Isle, Chamadelle, Coutras, Gours, Lalande de Pomerol, The Fieu, The Billaux, The Churches, The Paintings, Porches, Pomerol, Puynormand, Saint-Antoine-sur-l'Isle, Saint-Christophe de Double, Saint-Médard de Guizières, Saint-Sauveur de Puynormand, Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle).

Totally 31 municipalities with a population of 43,131 inhabitants.

Lot 2 consists of the following municipalities:

— Libourne, Genissac, Moulon, Tizac-de-Curton, Daignac, Dardenac, Espiet, Saint-Quentin-de-Baron Nerigean, Arveyres, Cadarsac, Izon, Saint-Germain du Puch, Vayres.

Totally fourteen communes with a population of 45,164 inhabitants.
