In addition to its own efforts to fill various vacancies, in particular for commercial professions, IT specialists, technicians & engineers and managers, the Client intends to conclude a framework agreement (RV) in Lot 1 and up to 3 framework agreements (RV) in Lots 2 – 4 each, depending on the number of tenders that can be awarded, with the contractor(s). The aim is to successfully fill vacancies and conclude employment contracts with suitable persons (m/f/d).
Needs-based personnel consulting for recruitment proceduresWithin the scope of the assignment, the Contractor shall fully accompany and support the respective procedures of the personnel consultancy for recruitment procedures as required and actively participate in filling a vacancy.
Occupational group-related direct recruitment – commercial occupationsWithin the scope of the contract, the Contractor is to provide support in parallel and in addition to its own recruitment procedures as required with the placement of skilled workers (persons m/f/d) for permanent employment in accordance with the job or requirement profile(s) on a purely performance-based remuneration basis.
