The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of comprehensive services of providing IT specialists for the purpose of creating and implementing an IT system in the field of financial reporting.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of comprehensive services to provide IT specialists for the purpose of creating and implementing an IT system in the field of financial reporting.

1.1. As part of the subjective service, the Contractor is obliged to ensure the provision of IT services by Specialists, to and under the supervision of the Ordering Party.

1.2. Comprehensive HR and payroll services for all Specialists and supervision over the implementation to the extent necessary to ensure the continuity of services of specialists of individual specializations is provided by the Contractor.

1.3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to commission Specialists with design work related to all works related to the implementation of an IT project in the field of financial reporting falling within their competence, and not directly related to their profiles.

1.4. Specialists provide services to and in cooperation with the Ordering Party's employees remotely, whereby meetings at the Ordering Party's headquarters are possible, the date of which will be agreed in advance with the Specialists.

1.5. Specialists will be available to cooperate with the Ordering Party and carry out works commissioned by the Ordering Party during the period of performance of the Agreement on Working Days between 8:00 and 16:00.
