Orders will be made as the administration needs on the basis of purchase orders sent to the bidder.

At the time of drafting the conditions of this contract, the contracting authority shall not be in a position to accurately define the quantities of supplies it will need. Consequently, the presumed annual quantities indicated in the special specification governing this contract are purely indicative and do not engage the contracting authority in any way. Therefore, the successful tenderer will not be able to claim any compensation in the event that the alleged quantities are not reached.
