The tendered assignment concerns the housing development Dept. 2.1&2 Fuglevænget 16-62, Grenaa.

The building was built in the early 1960s and made of 3 floors divided into 4 apartment blocks, each consisting of 3 staggered apartment blocks.

All 144 apartments are in principle the same in size and floor plan – however, right and mirrored in relation to the total of 24 stairways.

The works mainly include all works in fbm façade renovation (post-insulation of south and east facades), renovations in fbm establishment of 44 accessible homes on the ground floors, establishment of residential ventilation, replacement of balconies and updating of external areas - including terrain works with paths, living and parking areas.

The task is carried out in the Main Entreprise with phased division of the workers.

The task includes the main contract price, i.e. all work services and materials, as provided for in the supply material for the delivery of homes and outside areas in complete condition, as well as all services and by-services detailed in the contract base.

The project generally contains the following works as well as follow-up works for these:

• Post-insulation and slate cladding of garden and gable facades, south and east facing facades (entrance facades have been renovated previously)

• Replacement of all windows and balcony/terrace sections on garden and gable facades

• Establishment of 44 accessible homes on ground floors (merging of rooms, conversion/extension of bathrooms and access from level-free garden side)

• Partial replacement/renovation/update of water, heating and electrical installations

• Establishment of balanced residential ventilation in all homes

• Replacement of fixtures (wardrobes)

• Internal paint treatments of affected areas

• Removal of external cantilevered concrete balconies and establishment of new 'out-of-the-box' balconies

• Partial elevation of terrain for the establishment of level-free access to accessible homes, terraces – including adaptation of sewer/drainage conditions and LAR solutions

• Processing of outdoor areas with new paths, terraces, lighting, planting, etc

• Establishment of storage rooms and bicycle sheds in terrain

• Changes and expansion of parking areas – including preparation for charging stations
