The contract consists of a single lot taking into account the needs of the special sector in which the Contracting Authority operates.

The contract consists of a single lot taking into account the needs of the special sector in which the Contracting Authority operates.

The estimated value of the contract is up to € 1,413,959.28 (euro one million, four hundred and thirteen thousand, nine hundred and fifty-nine/28), plus VAT, divided as follows

• € 1,178,299.82 plus VAT for the execution of basic services divided as follows:

or € 821,326.66 for the first Application of which;

€ 789,737.17 for services related to the first application;

€ 31,589.49 for CNPAIA 4% contribution for the first application;

or € 203,867.03 for the second Application of which:

€ 196,025.99 for services related to the second application;

€ 7,841.04 for CNPAIA Contribution 4% for the second application;

or € 153,106.13 for the third Application of which:

€ 147,217.43 for services related to the third application;

€ 5,888.70 for CNPAIA 4% contribution relating to the third application;

• Up to € 234,101.46 plus VAT for the execution of any optional services for activities deriving from extensions of works exceeding 31 CNG and less than 240 CNG divided as follows:

o Up to € 164,265.33 for any optional services related to the first Application of which:

Up to € 157,947.43 for any optional services related to the first application;

Up to € 6,317.90 for CNPAIA 4% contribution for any optional services related to the first application;

o Up to € 40,773.41 for any optional services related to the second Application of which:

Up to € 39,205.20 for any optional services related to the second application;

Up to € 1,568.21 for CNPAIA 4% contribution for any optional services related to the second application;

o Up to € 153,106.13 for any optional services related to the third Application of which:

Up to € 29,443.49 for any optional services related to the third application;

Up to € 1,177.74 for CNPAIA 4% contribution for any optional services related to the third application;

• € 0.00 plus VAT, as security charges not subject to reduction.

The duration of the Framework Agreement is 4 years from the date of its signature.

The duration of the First Application Contract is equal to 1,215 natural and consecutive days divided as follows:

• Executive Design: 120 natural and consecutive days from the date of the service order to start the design

• Execution of the works: 1095 natural and consecutive days from the date of the report of delivery of the works.

The duration of the Second Application Contract is equal to 740 natural and consecutive days divided as follows:

• Executive Design: 90 natural and consecutive days from the date of the service order to start the design

• Execution of the works: 650 natural and consecutive days from the date of the report of delivery of the works.

The duration of the Third Application Contract is equal to 180 natural and consecutive days divided as follows:

• Executive Design: 60 natural and consecutive days from the date of the service order to start the design

• Execution of the works: 120 natural and consecutive days from the date of the report of delivery of the works.
