1. The object of the contract is the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e., OJ 2021, item 716 as amended), hereinafter referred to as PE, by the Contracting Authority and co-contracting operators for their buildings and their infrastructure, in accordance with their own legal titles. This order does not include electricity distribution services.

2. A detailed list of which points are handled by which the DSO and the energy trading company the Contracting Authority and the co-contracting party shall communicate to the Contractor of this contract after signing the sales agreement in accordance with the model in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The order includes the purchase of electricity for the buildings and infrastructure of the Ordering Party and the Co-Contracting Authority. A detailed description of the object of the order containing the locations and a description of the electricity consumption points, together with contractual power and estimated consumption, is set out in Annex 1 to the SIWZ.
