The subject of the contract is the delivery of diesel forklifts with a telescopic boom with a lifting capacity of min. 7 T in the years 2024-2026, and this supply in the years 2025 and 2026 will be carried out on the condition that the Contracting Authority receives confirmation from the Expert Body that in the financial years 2025 and 2026 it will receive funds for the performance of part or all of the supply to be made in 2025 and 2026 respectively. Upon receipt of confirmation of the disposal of the funds referred to above, the Contracting Authority shall immediately notify the Contractor in writing or by e-mail or fax of the necessity to carry out part or all of the delivery planned for implementation in 2025 and 2026 respectively.
The subject matter of the contract must meet the requirements set out in Chapter III of the Terms of Reference, the "Operational and Technical Requirements" constituting the Appendix to the Terms of Reference and the "Draft Provisions of the Agreement" constituting the Appendix to the Terms of Reference.
