2°) The acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of a mass spectroscope coupled with electrochemical measurements and its ancillary services (lot 2)
On behalf of CIRIMAT (UMR5085) - CNRS, located at 118 Route de Narbonne, 31062 Toulouse, according to the technical specifications defined in the specification of special technical clauses (CCTP) n°24032 of 14/12/2023.

The contract is a mixed framework agreement with a global and lump sum part and a purchase order part.
The framework agreement is single-awarded (concluded with a single economic operator).
The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum in quantity.
The minimum corresponds to the acquisition of one (1) thermal analyzer by desorption coupled with mass spectroscopy (global and flat-rate part lot 1).
The maximum corresponds to the global and flat-rate part + the acquisition of a 48-month warranty extension.
The global and flat-rate part of Lot 1 corresponds to the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and guarantee of a thermal analyzer by desorption coupled with mass spectroscopy on behalf of CIRIMAT(UMR5085)-CNRS.
Depending on its needs, CIRIMAT may order one (1) 48-month warranty extension under the purchase order portion of Lot 1.
