Starnberg Tunnel - Relocation of canals - Lot 1: South portal

The relief tunnel for the B2 will be built in Starnberg in the next few years. In the course of the structural preparatory work for the new tunnel construction, crossing media terraces are to be laid in such a way that the tunnel construction can be carried out as planned. The Starnberger See wastewater association, as the divisional arm for the wastewater treatment plants, was requested by the Weilheim state building authority to lay its crossing channels for waste water and rainwater accordingly. The scope of the construction measures resulting from the planned new tunnel construction for the Starnberger See wastewater association was discussed in the course of an upstream requirements planning in coordination with the project developer of the tunnel construction project. The result was 3 lots. The subject of this procurement for lot 1 is the required engineering services in the service profile engineering structures in accordance with Section 43 HOAI for the laying of the channels in the area of the south portal.

The Starnberger See wastewater association, as the divisional arm for the wastewater treatment plants, was requested by the Weilheim state building authority to lay its crossing channels for waste water and rainwater accordingly. For this purpose, the Starnberger See wastewater association has already been given milestone dates in the years 2021 to 2022, for which the relocations are to be completed. The scope of the construction measures resulting from the planned new tunnel construction for the Starnberger See wastewater association was discussed in the course of an upstream requirements planning in coordination with the project developer of the tunnel construction project. The result was 3 lots. In addition, possible routes were suggested. These are attached to the tender documents. In addition to the sewers of the Starnberger See sewage association, private house connections are also affected, which also need to be adjusted. In addition, interim measures will be required during the relocation of the channels, which must also be integrated into the entire package of measures. The tunnel drainage is planned by the State Building Office Weilheim.

The subject of this award procedure is the invitation to tender for Lot 1 - South Portal:

The existing sewage channel from the construction site of the South Portal Tunnel Starnberg is to be laid over a length of approx. 480 meters. Due to the local conditions and the depth of the existing sewer of up to six meters, the measure is to be carried out in pipe jacking. The canal serves as the main collector and collects the waste water from the districts of Neusöcking and the forest playground of the city of Starnberg as well as the industrial area at the Schmalzhof and the General Fellgiebel barracks at Pöcking. The local model “Am Wiesengrund” is currently being developed in Starnberg. In the future, the derivation will also take place via the main collector in B2. In the crossing area B2 / Franz Heidinger Straße there is a dirty water sewer DN250. The main collector has a dimension of DN300 from the inlet. By relocating the main collector from the street area to private property, the properties Heimstätter Weg 1, Heimstätter Weg 2, Weilheimer Straße 23a, Weilheimer Straße 23 and Weilheimer Straße 21 must have their own approx. 120 meter long main channel above the jacking pipe and one on each plot new connection line and a new house connection control shaft are manufactured. A DN200 sewage sewer closes from Emslander Strasse and a DN250 sewage sewer from Jahnstrasse connects to the main collector. In front of the Weilheimer Straße 15g estate, the state building office is building a shaft structure for the groundwater culvert 2. The main collector DN350 must also be installed here.

The order consists of the basic services for the specialist planning of engineering structures for plants and structures for wastewater disposal (Section 41 No. 2 HOAI), service phases 1 to 9 according to Section 43 (1) HOAI. The following special services are also offered:

- detailed cross-object, integrated planning of the construction process, especially considering the construction process of the tunnel project and the resulting changed road layout,

- detailed planning of construction phases,

- local construction supervision (note: a daily presence for local construction supervision is required),

- examination of the supplementary offers of the construction companies,

- drawing up an inventory plan,

- cost control,

- Monitoring the elimination of defects within the limitation period.
