SUA VE ON BEHALF OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARCON. WORKS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW MUNICIPAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARCON AS WELL AS REDEVELOPMENT OF PIAZZA MUNICIPIO. NNRR NEXT GENERATION EU FUNDING M.5 C.2 INV.2.1. CUP B39J21001240004. CIG 9977730B43

The overall project has as its object the execution of the works necessary for the urban redevelopment of the area of the center of the Municipality of Marcon south of Via Alta, once used as a municipal headquarters, home of the school secretary and elementary school G. Marconi, thanks to the construction of a new municipal headquarters with personal services, a new square, an auditorium / theater and a parking lot.

The contracting authority intends to carry out the works in two phases:

- Phase 1, i.e. the immediately executable works that include the building intended for the new headquarters of the administrative functions and services for the population, the arrangement of outdoor spaces, such as the new square, the green islands, the parking lots and the related viability;

- Phase 2, optional, i.e. works to be carried out only after finding the funds necessary to complete the intervention, which include the volume of the multipurpose hall-auditorium / theater, which characterizes even more the urban space as a new city center. To accentuate the character of the nerve center of the renewed city sociality, the new complex is completed with a volume, typologically identifiable as a "plate", dedicated to conviviality by virtue of the intended use attributed to bar-restaurant space. These processes are described in the tender documentation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, pursuant to art. 120 of the Code to exercise by own act of will, the option to modify the contract and to instruct the successful tenderer to carry out or not the works referred to in Phase 2, once the necessary means of financing have been found. In the event of failure to exercise the aforementioned right, the Contractor will not be able to assert any indemnity claim against the Municipality. The execution of the works will take place within the terms and conditions established in the project documents based on the tender, within the limits of the amounts and duration set by the same, the technical offer and the discount offered during the tender, as well as by the reference legislation.
