The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimation documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain permission to perform a road investment. The development of the documentation was divided into 3 parts. A detailed description of each part of the contract includes a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. the Technical Specification constituting, respectively, for a given part, Annex C1, C2, C3 to the SWZ and a model contract Annex B1,2; B3 to SWZ.

• Part I of the Order – Preparation of design and cost estimation documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain permission for the implementation of the investment entitled: Extension of the county road No. 2040K from the school to the intersection with the county road No. 2027K in byszyce, Wieliczka commune, Wieliczka poviat (on the section of approx. 1.6km)

in accordance with Annexes C1 and B1 to the SWZ
