Turnerschaft Jahn München v. 1887 e.V. / VE 04 - Heizungsinstallation
This contract involves the renovation of the existing sports facility of the Turnerschaft München von 1887 e.V. from 1971. This is the second construction phase of an overall project, which was preceded by an already completed first construction phase (new construction of an independent gymnasium). In the following, therefore, there will be more talk of the second construction phase (BA2 for short).
The existing sports facility comprises two gymnasiums ("Small Hall" and "Great Hall") as well as an intermediate wing with changing rooms and sanitary facilities and additional administrative rooms. In the run-up to the actual installation work, demolition work (not the scope of this order) is already being carried out.
The renovation is to be carried out in two phases:
Subsection BA2.1 mainly comprises the extension of the "small hall" as well as the renovation of a toilet core and minor reconstruction work of the administration rooms.
Subsection BA2.2 includes the renovation of the "Great Hall" as well as the smaller sports rooms "Judo Room" and "Multi-Purpose Room".
The two construction phases will be separated in time and worked on one after the other. The unprocessed areas are to remain in operation during the other construction phase. The interfaces must always be closely coordinated with the construction management so that sports operations are disturbed as little as possible.
The property is located at Weltenburgerstrasse 53, 81677 Munich.
The services of the heating trade are spread over both sub-sections (BA2.1 and BA2.2, for assignment see the title of the bill of quantities) and relate in particular to the creation of the heating pipeline network to supply the ventilation units in the sports areas to be renovated ("Small Hall", "Large Hall", "Judo Room" and "Multi-Purpose Room"). The ventilation units are each part of the ventilation trade. Only the water-side connection has to be made to these. Within the headquarters, the distributor outlets for the halls are to be rebuilt. However, heat generation and heating manifolds themselves are existing components. Various radiators and occasional thermostatic valves must be replaced.
