- technical lot 1: the complete thermal renovation of the building;

- technical lot nº 3: the demolition of the north wing and the cleaning of the building.

The contractor undertakes to carry out, in accordance with the conditions defined by the specifications, the mission of assistance to CEA project management and to the monitoring of the work of the renovation project of building 464 of the CEA site in Saclay.

This service includes:

- technical studies:

-- the diagnosis;

—— technical assistance in building diagnostics and work estimation;

—— assistance to the project manager during the preparation of business consultation files (DCE);

- the consultation phase:

—— analysis of applications and offers;

—— assistance in drafting the offer analysis report;

—— assistance in drafting additional questions and their analyzes;

- achievement of the implementation schedule;

- the scheduling, piloting and coordination (OPC) type mission;

- assistance during the execution of the works;

- assistance during testing and acceptance of installations;

- receipt of DOEs from companies holding work packages;

- acceptance of the works.
