The purpose of these Framework Agreements is for the acquisition of seasonal plants and non-plant horticultural supplies for City services. Each framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The maximum amounts are for the overall duration of the framework agreement, including renewals
